In the heated battle of “Whose Con Is it Anyway?”, Chicago emerged as the top dog, leaving New York weeping into its Big Apple martinis. Atlanta, a city known for its abundance of peaches and electoral drama, was also shown the door. Houston, of course, exited stage left early in the decision process.
