You know what they say about politicians – you can’t please everyone! And it seems like President Biden is feeling that heat, with a recent poll showing that a whopping 62 percent of Americans think he hasn’t done all that much. Ouch. But fear not, my friends, because the Biden administration is on a mission to change those minds! They’re sending out the big guns, like the prez himself, Vice Prez Harris, and other fancy cabinet folks, to show off all the things they’ve done. And they’ve done some pretty cool stuff, if you ask me!
Let’s talk about how President Biden is bringing costs down, y’all. He’s got Eli Lilly, a major drug company, capping out of pocket insulin costs at just 35 buckaroos a month. That’s some serious savings for folks who depend on that stuff! Plus, they’re fixin’ bridges all over the place, with over 4,600 projects already done. And let’s not forget all the sweet sweet cash the private sector is pouring into manufacturing, thanks to the Chips and Science Act. Looks like Biden and company are on a roll, folks!
But let’s get real for a second. The dude is, uh, not a spring chicken, right? But his team is workin’ hard to show us all that he’s still got it. Exhibit A: the State of the Union address, where he held his own against some pesky Republicans who were givin’ him a hard time. And then there was that surprise trip to Ukraine – bet y’all didn’t see that one comin’! He’s makin’ moves, folks, and we gotta give him credit for that.
Now, normally we wouldn’t talk about the other guys (AKA Republicans), but they’re kinda messin’ things up right now. Apparently, some of their leaders and donors are trying to move on from good ol’ Donny Trump, but the base just ain’t havin’ it. The man’s still got a hold on ’em, even after his indictment. But hey, that just means things are lookin’ up for Biden! He doesn’t have to be perfect – he just has to be better than the other guy. And if old Trumpy keeps actin’ up, Biden might just have this thing in the bag. Fingers crossed, folks. Fingers crossed.
