Have you heard the news? Warren Buffett, or as I like to call him, the man with the Midas touch, is taking a stand. He’s put on his boxing gloves and is ready for a fight – against wasteful sloth! And you know what he’s saying? Tyle scorecards are the enemy of good management! Don’t believe me? Well, I’m not just a Warren Buffett biographer, I’m also a huge Berkshire stockholder. So, I know what I’m talking about.
But wait, why is Wall Street’s wealthiest liberal suddenly a refusenik? It’s simple, folks. Old Warren hasn’t changed even as the political climate has. He’s just got a heart of gold (and wealth beyond measure). You see, his father was a conservative Republican who served four terms in Congress. However, in the 60s, Warren switched sides and joined the Democrats, all thanks to their leadership on civil rights. For him, meritocracy is everything. He hates discrimination, despises trust fund babies with their undeserved head start, and plans to give away almost all his wealth to charity (not his kids, mind you). Plus, he’s a big fan of American democracy, because it’s created the perfect conditions for prosperity – and investing in Berkshire Hathaway.
So there you have it, folks. Warren Buffett is not just a businessman, he’s a man with a conscience. He’s not afraid to call out the wasteful sloth we see in scorecards. And he’s definitely not one to shy away from a good fight. So, as he says, let’s all vote against those six proposals and show that we stand with the man with the Midas touch. Because when Warren speaks, we listen!
