Did This Winter’s Snowfall Take the U.S. by (Snow)storm? Hilarity Ensues!

The Wild West of the United States received a great snowfall in comparison to the boring Eastern side – which suffered from unfashionable snow deficiency throughout the winter. The Jet stream (a flowing belt around the earth) decided to have some fun and teased a wavelike pattern this winter. As a result, the West had more snow, while the East was rudely excluded.

In a fascinating American cover-up stage drama, the audience was captivated by the temperature and precipitation conspiring together to create unusual snowfall patterns throughout the country. The West was seen having a snow party, most notably in California, which experienced record snowfall during epic atmospheric river storms. Talk about binge snowing!

Meanwhile, snow fled the scene and avoided making an appearance in parts of the East. New York City desperately tried to invite the snow with its mere 0.4 inches in February.

Fed up with the lack of attention, the East also experienced a snow fashion faux pas known as “warm snow drought,” which will apparently become the new trend due to rising temperatures.

The West coast was cold and snowy like a modern-day ice queen, while California turned things up a notch with its impressive display of record snowfall. This left the East feeling left out and snubbed by the snow. In conclusion, the West coast partied hard in their winter wonderland, while the East coast felt the sting of rejection from their elusive, disappearing snowstorms.
