Trump Rakes in $34 Million in 2023, With a Helping Hand from His Indictment Buddy

Published on

Well folks, it seems like the news of Trump’s indictment has been good for business! On March 30th, a grand jury in Manhattan charged him with some hush-money case related to the 2016 election. But, as luck would have it, the $4 million he managed to sneak in during the March 31 period softened the blow. According to Politico, he’s clearly mastering the art of making lemonade from lemons.

Oh, but that’s not all. In response to his indictment, Trump started asking for donations like a kid holding a bake sale. And boy, did it work! He raised a whopping $15.4 million since the announcement of his charges! This guy knows how to make it rain (or in this case, shine)! It just goes to show that if you put your mind to something, you can make anything happen – even if you’re under indictment.

What a fighter! Trump is facing several other criminal investigations, but he’s using it as fuel to fire up his supporters. He swears that all of these accusations against him are solely politically motivated. According to him, these charges are just another hurdle that he’ll breeze through like a pro. You gotta give it to the guy; he’s got confidence for days.

Trump has been leading the pack of potential Republican presidential candidates for the 2024 election – no big surprise there. But let’s keep it real; many deep-pocketed GOP donors have been hesitant to lend him their support this time around. That is, until he got indicted. Suddenly, funds started pouring in like sunshine on a summer day. It looks like all those legal problems he’s been having might actually help him win some votes.

Sure, more candidates are expected to enter the race, but they have some big shoes to fill. Trump is like a fundraising wizard. Until recently, his campaign was lagging behind, but he seems to be picking up some steam with that indictment of his. With all the cash he’s raking in, he could probably start a second career as a fundraiser consultant.

Just a few candidates have officially thrown their hats into the ring so far – Nikki Haley, Asa Hutchinson, and Vivek Ramaswamy. However, our insiders suggest more Republican influencers may step up to bat by mid-July. It’ll be interesting to see who can match the fundraising prowess of Mr. Trump. Stay tuned for more updates!
