Tricky situation here folks. Two months ago, they lost their head chef, Rye Crofter. Sad stuff. But then, plot twist! One of the young cooks under Mr. Crofter’s wing died in the same manner. Yikes.

So, the boss, Ms. Lynch, wants her team to talk to her, give her the lowdown on this whole mess. But instead of a warm and fuzzy support team, Ms. Lynch, who may have started the day with a few too many drinks in the private dining area, decided to light a fire under some people’s butts. She spouted some rude comments with a sprinkle of self-pity on top. Can someone get this lady a tissue?

One of her top chefs, Tim Dearing, wasn’t having any of that nonsense. He called her out for not visiting the kitchen after Mr. Crofter’s passing. Way to go, Tim! But, unfortunately, that sort of attitude doesn’t fly with Ms. Lynch. She gave him the ax on the spot. Ouch.

But Tim, being the cool cucumber that he is, told Ms. Lynch that he would “drag” her down if she didn’t let him keep his job. She responded with a typical rational response, threatening to push his head through a window. Goodness gracious, someone get a grip on this situation!
